Mondo Verde

I visited Mondo Verde today with my Family, Me, my Wife and my 9 year old twin girls. We were charged 100 euros for the ticket for four of us. After few hours, i found out that children under 12 years old are not suppose to pay adult price. So we went back to ticket counter and ask for our balance, these ladies said no way, they can not give us any money back because we did not tell them that my girls are children. i even showed my kids ID cards but still the woman refuse. My 17 euros gone for nothing. So i want to ask, is that the policy of the company or is the people working there? Talking to customers any how they like. This person i am talking about worked in Kasse 2 today. Mondo Verde is a very nice place i will recommend to anybody who is looking a nice place to visit, But if customers are going to treated like trash, then what is the need of encouraging people to visit.
Is not about the money i lost but about respect for customers. Too bad

Mondo Verde is een park dat van alles wat is en daardoor erg divers. Hierdoor voor een groot publiek een leuk uitje. Enige wat minder was, is dat er soms wat achterstallig onderhoud was. Maar we hebben ons prima vermaakt.
